Everything here was good, and the weather was sunny, loved it. The room was bright with a comfortable bed, had wake-up service, that's cool. The staff were pleasant and consistently courteous, no complaints.

Fairly clean, reasonably spacious hotel, the location and comfort were great here.

Everything was very good, we had great 7 days here. It had very central location close to Central Market.

Liked our stay, had sunny 2 days overall. The staff were caring, professional, will definitely visit place for next time. The setting was favourable, next to major attractions, the centre and the restaurant.

It is a cool hotel, I appreciated new-fashioned rooms and incredible location. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a safe, TV with cable channels and a refrigerator in the room.

Breakfast was substantial, beds were really big. There was a busy bar with personalised service. Our double room was decent and breathtaking, had sea view. It was nice to have sweets in the lobby...

Shame the bathroom was tiny.

Clean great value hotel with a great pool and an unbeatable location not far from Guayaquil, the centre of the city, the river.

The property seemed clean and the room was warm. The staff was exceptional, brilliantly helpful, and everything was perfect. Lots of outstanding items for buffet breakfast. Very central location, relatively close to Palacio de Gobierno. Also, the area was good. Amazing interior, excellent restaurant.

Beachfront location, lovely staff. The rooms were impeccable and the beds were extremely comfy. They made my stay stellar. Excellent service overall. Parking was outside and I paid extra gbp 6 per day to park my car.

Impeccable hotel, we loved our stay here. Victorian furniture and private bathroom, TV set, air conditioning and Nespresso coffee in the room. The location was impressive, not too far from hemicycle de la rotonda monument. The gardens were quiet here.

I loved pleasant location and staff, and so much more. I booked a room with a comfortable enough bed, climate control, a safe box and ironing facilities. I had an OUTSTANDING stay and would recomand this property.

The staff was peaceful, the continental breakfast was the best and the room was stunning. The room had air conditioning, flat-screen TV and coffee plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures😀

It was more than clean with superb customer service. Everyone at this ideal central hotel was kind. Room was very bright, bed was very comfy. Breakfast was included, that was a bonus. Such beautiful location to Municipal palace. Shuttle service was provided here too.

Perfect location in 5 min walk from the Metropolitan Cathedral metro station. Our hotel was right by tourist sites such as Ecuadorian street food. La Canoa served dishes within 600 feet off the venue...
